In Massachusetts, I take BCBS and Aetna at this time.

I also offer integrated superbills for folks with out of network benefits (PPO and POS plans). With the service I use, the client only has to pay their copay. The service floats the payment to me instead of you paying my full fee. This is the easiest way to use superbills that I have found.

I will be slowly transitioning from working with insurance companies directly over the next few years in order to reflect my values better. Insurance companies have proven that they do not have folks’ best interests in mind.

My sustainer rate is $175. My sliding scale is $100-$250. Below is a graphic that may help you decide where you fall on this scale. Remember, if you have a PPO or POS plan, after you meet your deductible you will only have to pay a copay.
